Memory Care
Memory Care: The Village Program®
Grace Management, Inc.’s specialized Memory Care, The Village Program®, supports those in our communities living with dementia and incorporates Vibrant Living programming to create meaningful life enrichment experiences that foster environments of success for our residents. At Snow Canyon Retirement Community, our philosophy is to maintain the dignity of those living with dementia while supporting them to live vibrantly. We create a robust calendar of resident-driven activities based on individual interests, past experiences, and current abilities for residents.
In addition to an enriching calendar, The Village Neighborhood seeks to invoke nostalgic times when neighbors knew each other, and communities were supportive social networks. This unique approach allows residents and team members to forge trusting relationships, enabling our specialized setting to successfully support those living with memory impairments who call us home.
